The preferred location is Seneffe, Belgium; Antwerp, Belgium and Milan, Italy may also be considered. In this strategic regional role, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with Sales, Technical Service Development (TSD), RD, Product Management, and Business Communications, you will identify growth opportunities, accelerate commercialization of innovations, strengthen customer engagement, and drive profitable business growth. The successful candidate combines strong business acumen, market insight, and customer focus with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a complex global organization. You are energized by translating market trends, customer needs, innovation, and sustainability into commercial success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead Market Management Teams (MMTs) to define and execute segment growth strategies and optimize the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). /li liDevelop and implement one-to-three-year marketing plans, growth roadmaps, and value propositions aligned with business objectives. /li liPartner with TSD, RD, Product Management, and Sales to assess, prioritize, and commercialize innovation opportunities. /li liConduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and value chain analyses to identify growth opportunities and support portfolio decisions. /li liBuild strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and customer intimacy. /li liLead commercialization activities, including product launches, customer value propositions, market introduction plans, and sales enablement. /li liIntegrate sustainability trends, regulatory developments, and digital customer engagement initiatives into growth strategies and marketing execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field. /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in marketing, product management, business development, commercial leadership, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in B2B markets. /li liExperience in Personal Care ingredients, specialty chemicals, or adjacent innovation‑driven B2B markets is strongly preferred, including responsibility for market strategy, portfolio management, innovation commercialization, or business development. /li liStrong understanding of commercialization, innovation management, product launches, portfolio strategy, and translating customer and market insights into successful business outcomes. /li liExperience engaging customers at both strategic and technical levels and building strong relationships across the value chain. /li liProven ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and organizational levels within a matrix organization. /li liKnowledge of sustainability trends and regulatory developments impacting the Personal Care industry is an advantage. /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liStrategic marketing and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into growth opportunities and business results. /li liStrong customer focus and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to develop compelling value propositions. /li liExperience commercializing innovations and supporting successful product launches. /li liEffective stakeholder management and influence across cross‑functional, global, and matrixed organizations. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, leveraging market intelligence and data‑driven insights. /li liExcellent project management, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results. /li liProficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to drive engagement and growth. /li /ul h3Additional Notes /h3 ul liDomestic and international travel may be required. /li liNo relocation support is available for this position. /li liPlease provide your application in English. /li /ul h3Benefits – What Dow Offers You /h3 pWe invest in you.
