Buying Assistant - Food (m/w/d)
Als international agierendes Familienunternehmen vertreiben wir seit 1985 Obst, Gemüse und weitere Lebensmittel aus dem Bereich Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) für den europäischen Lebensmittel-Einzelhandel. Um den hohen Qualitätsanforderungen gerecht zu werden, arbeiten bei uns Menschen mit Leidenschaft für frische Lebensmittel, Überzeugung für Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit sowie Freude am Handel.
Was Dich erwartet:
- Betreuung internationaler Kunden und Lieferanten
- Pflege des Warenwirtschaftssystems, Auftragsabwicklung und Überwachung der Warenflüsse
- Bearbeitung von Produktreklamationen und anderen qualitätsrelevanten Themen
- Ausarbeitung der Produktverpackungen
- Verfolgung der offenen Posten
- Unterstützung im Einkaufsteam bei allen relevanten Tätigkeiten
Was Du mitbringst:
- Oberschulabschluss bzw. Studium oder erste Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Handel
- Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft,
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Office
- Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
