Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Communications Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Communications Team, reporting to the Global Communications Senior Manager.

The successful candidate will play an important role in developing and executing global PR and communication activities, contributing to KIKO MILANO’s brand visibility, reputation and engagement across international markets.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with local markets, PR agencies and internal stakeholders. The Senior Specialist will take ownership of assigned projects and communication activities, ensuring high-quality execution, consistency and alignment with brand and business priorities.

In particular, you will:

• Develop and execute global PR and communication plans in line with the overall brand strategy and business priorities.
• Coordinate and review communication plans across international markets, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand positioning.
• Manage integrated communication projects supporting product launches, corporate initiatives, new market launches and store openings.
• Manage multiple influencer campaigns and product seeding activations simultaneously across international markets, from talent selection and briefing to execution, content monitoring and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with local teams, PR agencies, media partners, influencers and external suppliers, ensuring clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media, journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate press releases, media kits, key messages, corporate communication materials and other communication assets.
• Coordinate global events, press days, brand activations and international communication initiatives, from planning through execution.
• Monitor media coverage, campaign performance and communication KPIs, translating results into insights and recommendations.
• Monitor industry, media, consumer and competitor trends to identify relevant opportunities and potential communication risks.
• Manage assigned budgets, purchase processes and supplier relationships, ensuring quality, timing and cost efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Product, Retail, Trade Marketing and local market teams on integrated campaigns.
• Support the Global Communications Senior Manager in developing and continuously improving communication processes, tools and ways of working.
• Share knowledge and provide day-to-day support to junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Communications or a similar role, preferably within an international company.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, luxury, retail or FMCG industry is considered a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing PR and communication projects across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with media, PR agencies, influencers and different internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns and product seeding programs, ideally across multiple markets and at scale.
• Solid knowledge of the international influencer and creator landscape, with a strong understanding of talent tiers, platforms, content formats and emerging trends.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor communication KPIs, evaluate results and identify relevant insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality execution.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
