Aircraft Finalization & Maintenance Lead

We are looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional to lead aircraft completion, modification, and maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic maintenance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures

• Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule

• Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements, including:

  • Aircraft inspections

  • Torque application and verification

  • Installation and verification of locking devices

  • Sealing procedures

  • Inserts installation

  • EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements

• Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately

• Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return-to-service activities where applicable

• Identify, report, and support the resolution of technical issues and non-conformities

• Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials

• Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

• Support operational flexibility and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or C Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant aircraft type ratings

• 5+ years hands on experience in aircraft base maintenance

• 4+ years of experience as Part-21 Certifying Staff.

• Strong knowledge of Part-21 and Part-145 regulations and compliance requirements

• Team leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience

• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, airworthiness requirements, and aviation regulatory standards

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support operational objectives
