ppJob Title: Energy and Microgrid Control Technology /p pLocation: Pisa, Italy /p pType: Permanent /p pOur client are an international semiconductor and consumer electronics company. /p h3The Role /h3 pSolution Design: Define and develop innovative plant control and microgrid solutions tailored to European market demands and customer pain points /p pStrategic Roadmapping: Partner with product teams to guide RD, technology roadmaps, and next-generation product development. /p pIndustry Leadership: Drive technical discussions with strategic European power partners, represent the company at industry events, and leverage emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive edge. /p h3Must-Haves /h3 pExperience: 10+ years specializing in Power Plant Controllers (PPC), Micro Grid Controllers (MGCC), and Energy Management Systems (EMS). /p pProven Track Record: Led RD for products/solutions successfully deployed in multiple 100MW+ projects across Europe. /p pMarket Knowledge: Deep understanding of European new energy delivery processes, power plant safety standards, and project implementation challenges. /p pTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of IEC 61131 standards and tools, specifically Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming /p h3Nice-to-Haves /h3 pHands-on experience with Siemens or Schneider Electric microgrid hardware/software (including third-party device integration). /p pBackground in power system software, power forecasting, power market analysis, or Virtual Power Plant (VPP) development. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
