IT Manager, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

Overview

As IT Lead for Amazon Operations, you will direct a multi-location IT team delivering innovative technical support to our operations network. You'll partner with facility leaders to ensure reliable infrastructure, safety-driven practices, and continuous IT improvements across fulfillment, sortation, and last mile. You'll shape infrastructure builds for new facilities and drive timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. This role offers broad exposure to global operations and a path to influence how we fulfill customer promises at scale.

Responsabilità

• Hire, train, and develop a multi-site IT team
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe workplace
• Provide technical assistance to improve IT solutions for operations
• Maintain positive relationships with operational partners and staff
• Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities
• Plan and supervise day-to-day technical support activities (troubleshooting, service requests, installations)
• Monitor and meet SLA targets for response and resolution
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes
• Oversee equipment and parts inventory management
• Create and support recognition and communication programs
• Travel up to 30%

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of leading technical teams across multiple locations
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership
• Experience with network, system, or software architecture
• Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting physical IT infrastructure
