In questo ruolo, supporti l'adozione di metodologie Agile attraverso l'ottimizzazione delle piattaforme Atlassian, contribuendo a progetti di trasformazione nei clienti. Lavori con team cross-funzionali per migliorare i processi di gestione progetti e l'integrazione di Jira e Confluence in ambienti aziendali complessi. Offri formazione e supporto tecnico, favorendo una cultura di collaborazione e trasparenza. Responsabilità
- Configurare, personalizzare e ottimizzare Jira e Confluence per contesti aziendali specifici
- Collaborare con team per implementare e migliorare processi di gestione progetti
- Fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti e risolvere problematiche di configurazione
- Condurre formazione sulle piattaforme Atlassian a vari livelli di esperienza
- Integrare Jira con altre piattaforme, tool o plugin per garantire sinergie tra strumenti
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella configurazione e personalizzazione di Jira e Confluence
- Conoscenza approfondita delle best practices di amministrazione delle piattaforme Atlassian
- Abilità nella risoluzione dei problemi e nel fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti
- Eccellenti capacità di collaborazione e comunicazione
