In this role you will drive growth for ESET’s Corporate Solutions in Italy, focusing on public institutions, government agencies and critical infrastructure. You will shape and execute territory plans, manage key client relationships and P/L, and coordinate with global CS and delivery teams to deliver value. You will work with the vendor ecosystem and cross-functional colleagues to strengthen ESET’s presence in government sectors. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence cybersecurity outcomes for large public clients while scaling a dedicated enterprise solutions practice.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Identify, develop and win new business opportunities in Italy, focusing on the public sector and critical infrastructure
  • Define and execute a growth plan for the territory
  • Accountability for meeting/exceeding financial targets and managing named client P/L and satisfaction
  • Create and execute account plans to penetrate and scale relationships with named clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data to support growth
  • Collaborate with Italy and Global CS Leadership to ensure customer value and delivery
  • Engage with client vendor ecosystem to improve ESET positioning
  • Coordinate with CS and ESET teams across HQ, Italy and worldwide
Responsabilità
  • Proven experience in account management and selling to public organizations in Italy
  • Understanding of the public procurement process and public organizations landscape in Italy
  • Advantage if experienced in cybersecurity and understanding cybersecurity requirements
  • Advantage if familiar with the Italian cybersecurity market
  • Ability to open new opportunities and penetrate new industry verticals
  • Experience with solution or service selling using a consultative approach
  • Track record in building and maintaining corporate sales
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct complex client and vendor discussions and negotiate outcomes
