This role will lead key functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and support the standardization and transformation of procurement and supply chain activities across the organization. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead cross-functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply chain processes. /li liAnalyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization. /li liDrive and implement standardization of procurement and supply chain activities across regions and business units. /li liManage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. /li /ul h3What you\'ll need /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related). /li li6-10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations. /li liProven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector. /li liAbility to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups. /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus. /li liStrong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions. /li liData-driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision-making and process improvement. /li liExcellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions. /li liHighly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. /li liGood stakeholder management skills, strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external suppliers. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
