In this role, you will help maximize deal value through operational insights and performance improvement across acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. You will join the Delivering Deal Value team, collaborating with clients from private equity, corporates, and financial institutions to shape post-deal value creation. You’ll assess operations, identify synergies, and design cost efficiency and TOM initiatives to support integration or separation. The role offers exposure to large-scale, international transactions and a fast-paced, transformative environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Operational Due Diligence: assess operations capability, KPIs, and potential impact on EBITDA and CAPEX
• Synergy Due Diligence: identify and quantify cost synergies from integrations
• Carve-Out Due Diligence: evaluate standalone EBITDA and separation costs, risks
• Design and implement cost efficiency measures in operations, sales, and G&A
• Provide strategic post-deal support for value creation and synergies realization
• Design and review industrial plans and critical business process improvements
• Define and implement Target Operating Model (TOM) post-acquisition
• Support cross-functional teams through deal lifecycle

Responsabilità

• 1–3 years experience in strategic/operations consulting or operations roles in industry
• Degree in Engineering or Economics with strong academic results
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexible and open to diverse perspectives and approaches
• Capability to work under tight deadlines and maintain motivation
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel
