Overview
As Technical Product Owner Logistics WM, you drive the design and delivery of SAP S/4–based warehouse and logistics capabilities within the Pharm Transcend program. You will shape the end‑to‑end logistics template, integrate with 3PLs, and mentor cross‑functional teams to deliver an agile, data‑driven digital backbone for the pharma supply chain.
This role offers impact across global operations, improving efficiency and compliance in a high‑stakes healthcare context. You will work closely with the Pharm Supply Chain Technology group to enable scalable, compliant product flows.
Responsibilities- Lead design, validation and delivery of SAP S/4 logistics capabilities and data.
- Govern the SAP S/4 template and drive its evolution through deployments.
- Own end‑to‑end integration automation designs with 3PL locations.
- Define and implement key logistics functions: movements, warehouse management, inbound/outbound deliveries, returns, master data, and intercompany flows.
- Collaborate within the Pharm Supply Chain Technology team to align with business processes.
- Ensure systems and processes comply with SOX and GxP requirements.
- Apply Agile SDLC practices and maintain documentation throughout.
- Influence cross‑functional teams to deliver iterative, measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years SAP IM/WM experience with 3PL integration experience.
- 5+ years pharma experience.
- Strong domain knowledge across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax, and Master Data.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics modules (Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management).
- Experience with S/4HANA and enterprise deployments (preferred).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, self‑organized teams.
- Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SOX and GxP compliance.
- Experience in Agile environments and SDLC knowledge.
