La figura ricercata
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con i clienti esistenti e potenziali.
- Gestire le richieste di preventivi e fornire soluzioni personalizzate per i clienti.
- Monitorare e coordinare le spedizioni, garantendo puntualità e precisione.
- Collaborare con il reparto logistico per ottimizzare il processo di distribuzione.
- Analizzare i dati di vendita per identificare opportunità di crescita.
- Preparare report e presentazioni per il management.
- Supportare il team nella gestione di eventuali problematiche operative.
- Assicurare un'eccellente esperienza per il cliente attraverso un'assistenza dedicata.
- Laurea o diploma in ambito logistico, commerciale o simile.
- Conoscenza del settore Trasporto & Distribuzione.
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
- Familiarità con strumenti informatici e software gestionali.
- Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
- Retribuzione competitiva compresa tra 36,000 EUR e 44,000 EUR.
