Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist

ppWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounting Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving process improvement, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the accuracy and control of financial information under IFRS and Italian GAAP for Richemont Group entities in Italy and Greece. A key focus will be active participation in strategic initiatives, aimed at optimizing our financial closing workflows and harmonizing practices across the Group. /p pThis position will be part of the Accounting Reporting team, within the Italy Greece Richemont Finance department, and the person will be responsible for certain Group entities within the market scope for: /p h3Accounting Reporting /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS. /li liSupport the preparation of the statutory financial statements. /li liManage internal control activities on reporting activities. /li liCooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors. /li liMonitor Intercompany Reconciliations for Reporting purposes. /li liPerform Accounting Controls and reconciliations. /li liManage General accounting records (e.g., accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc.) and Controlling accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. /li liSupport the accounting management of fixed assets and intangible assets, including: recording additions, disposals, and transfers; monitoring capex; ensuring correct depreciation and amortization; and maintaining asset master data in compliance with Group policies. /li /ul h3Process Optimization Project Contributions /h3 ul liActively participate in and contribute to strategic financial projects, with the goal of accelerating financial closing timelines and improving operational efficiency. /li liCollaborate in the design, development, and implementation of new Group Closing Checklists, standardized workflows, and best practices. /li liEngage in interactive workshops, interviews, and analysis to identify pain points and map current and future financial processes. /li liSupport the harmonization of accounting and reporting practices across various entities within the Group. /li liParticipate in ad-hoc projects, analysis, and report setup, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration. /li /ul ul li5+ years of experience in General Accounting and/or Controlling, complemented by a background in Audit. /li /ul ul liExperience in manufacturing/production environments is a plus. /li /ul ul liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul ul liExcellent Microsoft Office proficiency. /li liSAP knowledge will be a plus. /li liFamiliarity with process automation tools or project management software is a plus. /li /ul h3Personal skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions. /li /ul ul liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and entities. /li /ul ul liProactive mindset, highly organized and precise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a project-oriented environment. /li /ul ul liAdaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement. /li /ul ul liResults-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality outputs. /li /ul pCCNL Commercio /p pSalary Range 45K-52K€ /p pAnnual Bonus Plan /p p8 EUR Meal Voucher per working day /p pWelfare /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
