About the Role

As a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will provide professional and efficient support to Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels. You will assist customers with their questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working as part of an international and multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Czech through different communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Czech .
• Good command of English .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote customer service environment .
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Relocation requirement: Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens 7 days before their start date to complete the required hiring and onboarding procedures.

Relocation Support to Greece

Are you currently living outside Greece? You can relocate to Greece with support designed to make your transition easier:

• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
• Up to €300 relocation support as an initial payment
• Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures
• Support throughout the relocation process

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
• 2 rotational days off per week

Important Information About Remote Work

This is a remote position within Greece. Candidates cannot work from another country.

• Candidates relocating from abroad must initially be available in Athens for the hiring and onboarding process.
• Candidates relocating from abroad are required to work onsite for the first 3 months , unless they already have permanent accommodation in Greece and a confirmed internet connection suitable for remote work.
• Candidates already living outside Athens may receive accommodation during the training period before transitioning to remote work from their permanent location within Greece.
