• Lead and develop a team of technicians, applying coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive improvement initiatives using TPM tools to enhance processes and problem-solving.
• Direct daily management to prioritize work and achieve safety, quality, cost, reliability, and customer service goals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with operational processes and procedures.
• Communicate across levels and align team vision with Plant and McCormick objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Area Supervisors and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Responsabilità

• Relevant technical experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Full supervisory responsibility for a team
• Proven project management experience and ability to complete complex projects
• Facility management experience including HVAC systems and energy management
• Solid understanding of maintenance integration with other operational areas
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of ATEX regulations is a strong advantage
