Field Services Engineer

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ol liResponsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site. /li liAddress technical issues on‑site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime. /li liProvide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training. /li liCollaborate closely with the technical support team and RD department to feedback on‑field issues and suggest improvements. /li liContinuously follow up on customer after‑sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction. /li liEnsure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on‑site work. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ol liElectrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience. /li liHands‑on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems. /li liSolid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles. /li liStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments. /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure. /li liRelevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred. /li liWillingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
