Als Delivery Manager gestaltest du das Umfeld für eine effiziente und reibungslose Umsetzung unserer Softwarelösungen von der Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Einsatz beim Kunden. Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produkt, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Kundendienst, erkennst frühzeitig Risiken und Hindernisse und stellst einen effizienten Delivery-Prozess sicher. Dabei sorgst du für Transparenz, klare Abläufe und eine konsequent ergebnisorientierte Umsetzung unserer Softwarelösungen.
Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- Verantwortung für den End-to-End Delivery-Prozess (von Business Case bis Review)
- Steuerung der bereichsübergreifenden Go-to-Market- und Delivery-Aktivitäten
- Sicherstellung der Bereitschaft von Produkt, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Kundendienst für jede Produkteinführung und Software Release
- Identifikation und Beseitigung von Delivery-Hindernissen sowie Eskalation von Blockern
- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams zur Verbesserung von Flow und Effizienz
- Sicherstellung transparenter, ergebnisorientierter Umsetzung
- Etablierung von kontinuierlichen Feedback- und Lernschleifen
Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Delivery-, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement im agilen Softwareumfeld
- Starkes Verständnis für cross-funktionale Prozesse und Zusammenarbeit
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
