All’interno di Ford Pro – la business unit dedicata ai veicoli commerciali – Ford Pro Intelligence sviluppa soluzioni software e data-driven per supportare aziende e flotte. In questo contesto, siamo alla ricerca di un Solution Sales Manager che opererà nel nord-Italia con residenza in Lombardia o in Piemonte. Il ruolo prevede una presenza costante sul territorio e spostamenti quotidiani per visitare clienti e concessionari.
Responsabilità- Sviluppare il business software e data-driven di Ford Pro Intelligence nell'area geografica assegnata, con vendite dirette e indirette
- Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale locale, con obiettivi a breve e lungo termine
- Rappresentare Ford Pro Intelligence nell’area assegnata, ampliando la rete e promuovendo i servizi (telematica, soluzioni dati, servizi post-vendita)
- Effettuare presentazioni di prodotto a clienti e gestire il proprio parco clienti con un lavoro di accounting per vendite upselling
- Supportare l’onboarding dei clienti garantendo un'esperienza di qualità
- Fornire feedback dal mercato locale ai team di sviluppo prodotto
- Esperienza nella vendita a clienti medio/grandi e capacità di chiudere trattative complesse
- Spirito imprenditoriale, autonomia e forte orientamento all’obiettivo
- Passione per la tecnologia e il suo ruolo nella sostenibilità
- Capacità di interagire con stakeholder di vari livelli
- Competenza nel social selling e nelle relazioni digitali
- Approccio collaborativo e flessibilità
- Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio
- Motivazione verso obiettivi sfidanti
- Buon livello di inglese
- 2–5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite dirette/canale in aziende SaaS o automotive OEM
- Esperienza nel settore commerciale di aziende software, telematica o mobilità
