Overview
In this role you monitor the manufacturing plant's performance to ensure alignment with group standards and drive efficiency. You act as a financial partner to plant management, providing actionable insights for operations and communicating with HQ. You will shape cost transparency, budgeting, and investment evaluations in a multinational manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that blends controlling expertise with plant operations to support growth and performance.

Responsabilità
- Monitor plant performance and manufacturing KPIs
- Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
- Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
- Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
- Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
- Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover, quality costs)
- Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
- Support audit activities and reporting improvements
- Act as financial partner to plant management and facilitate communication with HQ
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments
- Experience with Indian manufacturing operations highly preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
- ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools
- Languages: Fluent English
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
