Logistics Analyst: Optimize Inventory & Delivery KPIs

Lear is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its Logistics team. You will ensure plant logistics activities run on time and meet defined performance targets, while supporting inventory accuracy, spare parts management, reporting, and process compliance across manufacturing sites.
Ideal candidates have a 3+ year background in logistics and strong analytical, cross-functional communication, and BOM/change management experience.
