Contribute to project roadmaps, timelines, and support effective resource and budget allocation. /li liTeam Leadership: Direct project teams, establish responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide constructive guidance to cultivate a collaborative workspace while resolving issues effectively. /li liStakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating transparent communication across all project phases. /li liRisk Mitigation: Help identify potential project risks early and support the implementation of mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle. /li liQuality Management: Help ensure deliverables align with established quality standards through continuous assessments, audits, and process improvements. /li liProject Delivery Closure: Support the completion of projects, including contract wrap-up, lessons-learned documentation, and final reporting. /li liClient Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to align on customer requirements and help identify new commercial opportunities. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liLanguage Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) /li liProject Management Experience: Previous experience (or strong exposure) to project management in an IT environment, ideally within SaaS companies or system integrators; familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a plus. /li liConsulting Mindset: Prior experience in a consulting or customer-facing role, preferably within the software industry, is an advantage. /li liInternational Exposure: Interest in or experience with managing cross-functional, international projects. /li liCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with customers and internal stakeholders at various levels. /li liClient Engagement: Willingness to develop skills in gathering customer requirements, managing product backlogs, estimating effort, and supporting the drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs). /li liProactivity Ownership: A proactive, hands-on attitude, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to grow into a demanding, international customer-facing role. /li liCertifications: Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, PMP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are a plus. /li liTravel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the DACH region for customer visits. /li /ul h3What is nice to have: /h3 ul liIndustry Experience: Experience in delivering FSM solutions in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Rail is advantageous. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liOverIT is a unique transformation project in the SaaS space arena, full of ambition to scale and grow globally. /li liInternational culture and environment with the opportunity to partner with an outstanding group of people and professionals who joined the company to scale and succeed /li liA career-defining opportunity with full exposure to two leading private equity firms. /li liLocation-flexible smart working across Italy /li liCompetitive pay, meaningful growth opportunities, and a transparent approach to compensation.
