You will work closely with the design team in a dynamic fashion environment, gaining hands-on experience throughout the collection development process. /ppbr / /ppstrongCreative Collection Development: /strong /ppstrong - /strongSupport the womenswear team in the development of seasonal collections and creative projects. /pp - Assist in the development of collection concepts, moods, and visual directions in line with the brand identity and creative guidelines. /pp - Conduct research on fashion trends, references, inspirations, and visual concepts to support collection development. /pp - Support the creation and development of collection proposals through fashion sketches and figurines. /ppbr / /ppstrongDesign Technical Development: /strong /pp - Create fashion illustrations and collection designs on figurines. /pp - Develop technical drawings by hand and digitally, supporting the translation of creative concepts into product designs. /pp - Assist in the preparation and organization of design materials and collection presentations. /pp - Support the creation and updating of product design sheets, technical documentation, and collection lookbooks. /ppbr / /ppstrongMaterials Research: /strong /pp - Conduct research on fabrics, materials, trims, and other product components. /pp - Organize, catalogue, and archive material and design references. /pp - Support the team in gathering visual and material references for new collections. /ppbr / /ppstrongTeam Collaboration: /strong /pp - Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the wider creative team throughout the collection development process. /pp - Support daily design activities and contribute to ad hoc creative projects. /pp - Ensure assigned activities and deliverables are completed accurately and within the required deadlines. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstronguPROFILE /u /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation: /strong Degree or academic background in Fashion Design, Fashion, or a related field. /ppbr / /ppstrongPrevious experience: /strong Previous internship, academic, or project experience in Fashion Design, Styling, or Product Development is a plus. /ppbr / /ppstrongSoft skills: /strong strong organizational skills, attention to detail, precision, sense of responsibility, creativity, proactivity, and a strong team-oriented approach. /ppbr / /ppstrongDesign skills: /strong good knowledge of fashion illustration and the ability to develop collection designs on figurines. Ability to create technical drawings both by hand and digitally. /ppbr / /ppstrongIT skills: /strong good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as general proficiency with digital tools and computer systems. /ppbr / /ppstrongFashion knowledge: /strong good knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry, with particular interest in both women’s wear and menswear. /ppbr / /ppstrongPassion: /strong we are looking for someone passionate about fashion, creative, curious, and eager to learn.
