We’ll take it further. /h3 h3Your role /h3 pAs a bJunior Execution eBusiness Specialist /b, you will be part of the bElectrification and Automation /b area in bMilan /b, contributing to the understanding and continuous improvement of execution processes and customer order flows within the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting execution activities, identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for process digitalization, and contributing to the adoption of digital tools to support faster, more transparent, and more reliable operations. /p h3Your growth journey /h3 pThis role is designed as a structured entry path into the professional world. From day one, you will combine on-the-job experience and training, supported by a dedicated tutor who will guide your learning. /p pYou will progressively build your skills through real projects, gaining increasing autonomy over time and contributing to impactful activities aligned with your strengths and interests. /p h3You’ll make an impact by: /h3 h3Customer Operations Delivery Coordination /h3 ul liSupporting the end-to-end execution of customer orders, from order entry and internal clarification to follow-up delivery and customer communication. /li liMonitoring delivery schedules, documentation status, and open issues, ensuring timely escalation when risks or deviations arise. /li liCoordinating with sales, factories, logistics, procurement, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments. /li liTracking operational activities, preparing status updates, maintaining execution records, and following up on pending actions. /li liContributing to customer satisfaction by providing accurate, structured, and proactive communication throughout the execution process. /li liLearning how to manage operational priorities in a complex, international, and customer-oriented environment. /li /ul h3Digitalization, AI Process Improvement /h3 ul liContributing to the success of the ongoing eBusiness rollout, the strategic priority for the Products team to digitalize the entire orders workflow /li liFinding opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize execution processes. /li liCreating and using digital tools, data analysis, dashboards, and automation opportunities to improve transparency and operational efficiency. /li liExploring practical applications of AI and generative AI to support recurring activities such as reporting, document preparation, data checks, workflow tracking, and knowledge sharing. /li liPromoting a digitally mature outlook within the team, combining curiosity, structured thinking, and responsible use of new technologies. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liUnder 30 years old, in accordance to the Italian apprenticeship framework /li liHigher Technical Education “ITS”, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar background. /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow multiple priorities in parallel. /li liInterest in project coordination, customer communication, and operational excellence. /li liDigital approach and genuine curiosity for AI, automation, data analysis, and process digitalization. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office /li liProficiency in Italian and English. /li liPassion to never stop growing. /li liEligibility to work in Italy /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liFamiliarity with SAP, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, low-code tools, or generative AI tools. /li liPrevious internship, thesis, or academic project related to operations, supply chain, project management, process improvement, or digital transformation. /li liBasic understanding of ERP systems, order-to-cash processes, logistics flows, or industrial project execution. /li liExperience with reporting tools, dashboards, automation workflows, or data visualization. /li liCuriosity for AI use cases in business processes, including productivity tools, workflow automation, and knowledge management. /li liBasic knowledge of medium voltage products, electrification business, or industrial customer environments. /li /ul h3What you’ll benefit from: /h3 pAt Siemens, we foster a results-driven and trust-based environment, offering a flexible hybrid working model that supports both performance and work-life balance. /p pYou’ll have access to a comprehensive wellbeing ecosystem, including health reimbursement programs and psychological support services. /p pThrough continuous learning opportunities, you’ll be able to build your skills and explore your potential from the very beginning of your career. /p pFor apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €39,350, depending on the candidate’s educational background.
