Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to be included in work teams in the Organization function within the Enterprise Risk Management Area

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of software development and consulting projects for financial intermediaries.

The role involves participation in initiatives aimed at:

• defining and implementing organizational development;
• reviewing and formalizing policies, procedures, and processes;
• developing methodologies and measurement tools to assess the alignment of results with organizational and project objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Management, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in Project Management, even if short, will be considered a plus
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage in structured discussions
