Overview

In this role you support the evolution of administration, accounting and control for major Italian banks. You join a growing Finance Transformation team to drive process efficiency and reengineering, using technology as a change catalyst. You'll contribute ideas and collaborate with a cross‐functional network to shape impactful financial operations. Responsabilità

• Contribute to the evolution of administrative, accounting and control processes for banking clients
• Lead efficiency initiatives and business process reengineering in financial areas
• Leverage technology to enable change and improve outcomes
• Propose innovative ideas within an expanding, cross‐functional team
• Manage junior resources and collaborate with senior colleagues

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4/5 years of experience in Financial Services
• Laurea in discipline economiche
• Competence in administration, accounting and budget processes
• Advanced knowledge of EPM applications (e.g., CCH Tagetik)
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile/Scrum)
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Curiosity, flexibility and initiative; team orientation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
