The organisation provides access to a broad range of conventional and Sharia-compliant investment solutions through funds, separately managed accounts, and structured products, supported by both in-house capabilities and external investment partners /p h3Offerta /h3 pThe role, reporting to the Head of Products Marketing will have the following responsibilities: /p ul liOversee the ongoing management and development of the firm's product range, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy. /li liManage new fund launches and product development initiatives, including stakeholder coordination and approvals. /li liLead the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, including presentations, factsheets, FAQs, product guides and offering documentation. /li liDrive product governance activities, product reviews, KPI monitoring and investor flow analysis. /li liMaintain product and fund registers, launch pipelines and reporting trackers. /li liPartner with legal, compliance and governance stakeholders to implement product changes and secure regulatory approvals. /li liManage product rationalisation activities, including enhancements, mergers and closures where required. /li liSupport relationships with distributors, index providers, fund advisers and other strategic partners. /li liMonitor competitor activity and identify product opportunities. /li liDevelop and execute product launch strategies and marketing campaigns. /li liLead the creation of high-quality marketing materials and investor communications. /li liCollaborate with sales teams to strengthen product positioning and support revenue growth initiatives. /li liEnsure all marketing activity remains aligned with regulatory requirements and brand standards. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful Senior Product Manager should have: /p ul li7-11 years of experience in investment product management within asset management or a comparable regulated financial services environment. /li liProven experience managing and launching investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders /li liDemonstrated project management capability in complex, cross-functional environments. /li liKnowledge of UCITS, Cayman, DIFC and alternative fund structures is preferred. /li liStrong understanding of product governance, regulatory frameworks and investment product lifecycle management. /li liHighly organised with excellent attention to detail. /li liHigh ethical standards, a commitment to client service, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work. /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liLead high-impact fund launches /li liOpportunity to grow under a strong leadership /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
