Italian Social Media Customer Specialist in Lisbon w/Relocation & Accommodation

About The Role

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon. You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer queries through social media and digital platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
• Follow established quality standards and company procedures.
• Meet individual productivity and performance targets.

What You Bring

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

• Base Salary: €1,366.17/month
