Junior Administration Assistant

Systematica is a leading company in the field of Transport Planning and Mobility Engineering, headquartered in Milan with offices in New York, Rome and Mumbai.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our administrative department.
Main responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the team by handling:
- Accounting entries for both accounts receivable and accounts payable
- VAT settlements, invoice checks, and credit recovery activities
- Management of electronic invoicing
- Preparation and submission of periodic communications (LIPE)
- Compilation and management of Intrastat lists
- Cash journal maintenance
- Recording of employee expense reports
- Management of withholding taxes and related requirements
- Support with payroll accounting
- Preparation and handling of F24/F23 forms
- Use of main online platforms (Tax Portal, dedicated portals)
- Management and request of certificates from the Chamber of Commerce, Court, and Revenue Agency
Work location: Milan (MI) – Moscova area
Education
Diploma in Accounting or Scientific High School, or a Degree in Business Administration
Experience
We consider both entry-level candidates and those with 1–3 years of experience in similar roles
Skills
Language skills : Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement)
IT skills : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Soft skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, precision, and attention to detail
The type of contract and level will be determined based on the candidate’s profile.
