In this cybersecurity leadership role within BCG Platinion, you shape and drive security strategy for major digital transformation programs. You lead end-to-end security initiatives, aligning with client objectives and building robust architectures. You manage complex projects, advise on certifications like ISO27001, and mentor cross-functional teams. You'll work with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure solutions using cloud, AI, blockchain, and related technologies. Responsabilità
- Cybersecurity leadership and strategy: develop and implement security roadmaps aligned with client transformation goals
- End-to-end security delivery from concept to implementation
- Client engagement and project management including budgets and timelines
- Advisory support for IT transformations and ISO27001 certification efforts
- Innovative solution development using AI, blockchain, cloud technologies
- Team leadership and development including mentoring and talent recruitment
- Vendor and stakeholder management to enhance security offerings
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of relevant IT security consulting experience with track record of leading large projects
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
- Exceptional leadership and cross‐functional team management
- Excellent Italian and English communication skills
- Willingness to travel and operate in global contexts
