If you’re ready for the next level of your career, we’ll put you on the fast-track to success. /p pbTHE TOOLS WE’LL NEED FROM YOU /b /p ulliWillingness to learn and work as part of a customer-focused team /li libOne year experience as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager AND at least six months of automotive experience OR two years as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager in a customer facing retail establishment. /b /li /ul pbTHE TOOLS WE’LL PROVIDE TO YOU /b /p ulliPaid on-the-job training /li libNo late evenings – Most locations close by 7pm /b /li liCompetitive pay set at $21.50per hour /li liNow offering Earned Wage Access through DailyPay! /li liPromoting from within – 95% of upper-level management started out in an entry-level position /li liSafety Shoes, Uniforms Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) /li liTuition Reimbursement /li liEmployee Discount – 50% off most services for up to 2 vehicles /li liMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Savings plan /li /ul p*Terms and conditions may apply and benefits may differ depending on location /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liProvide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions. /li liPerform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. /li liInspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. /li liConduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. /li liBasic computer knowledge/aptitude /li liKeep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. /li liMaintain a clean and organized work environment. /li liFollow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills /li liStrong customer service and communication skills /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. /li liAble to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. /li liMust have reliable transportation. /li /ul pbEssential Functions /b /p pReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions of the job /p ul liInspecting and replacing car lights and wipers. /li liCheck fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary. /li liInspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. /li liAdd oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model. /li liAble to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service. /li liLubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. /li liPerform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. /li liPerform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly. /li liAble to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. /li liFrequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication) /li liAble to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk. /li liConstantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle. /li liAble to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds. /li liAble to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas. /li liCommunicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order. /li liIn this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions. /li liIn this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. /li liIn this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals. /li liIn this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions.
