World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is the key enabler for achieving sustainable results for Tetra Pak through continuous improvement and loss eradication. As a WCM Coordinator you will report to the WCM & Quality Manager. This is a permanent position based in Sezzadio (AL), Italy. What You Will Do- Act as the owner and ambassador of WCM methodologies across the factory, empowering teams to deliver sustainable, high-impact results.
- Inspire and guide colleagues to embrace a growth mindset, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in everyday work.
- Foster motivation, engagement, and inclusion in WCM activities by creating a positive, collaborative environment where every voice is valued.
- Partner with different teams and pillars to define, implement, and scale WCM standards and best practices across the organization.
- Lead the Education & Training (E&T) pillar, promoting continuous learning, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
- A technical education in engineering (e.g., technical secondary school or vocational program), providing a solid foundation for problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus and support collaboration in our global environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, team coordination, auditing, and project execution, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Experience in a WCM/TPM-certified company (at least one year) is an advantage and will help you quickly contribute to success.
- Experience in change management and applying WCM principles, demonstrating your ability to influence and sustain improvements.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM is considered a plus.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a strong willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others.
- The ability to inspire and engage others through enthusiasm, clear communication, and a positive approach.
- A self-motivated attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and independently lead initiatives.
