We are looking for a Junior PMO – Operations to join our Operations organization, based at our Padova headquarters. The role will report to a Senior PMO and will work closely with the COO organization.

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of Operations projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective tracking of timelines, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Use and contribute to the evolution of PMO and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Mural/Miro, Microsoft 365) to enhance team efficiency and project visibility
• Support the governance of the End-to-End Planning Tool implementation, working closely with Business, IT and external partners.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates and executive materials for Steering Committees and leadership meetings
• Contribute to the understanding and continuous improvement of Operations and Planning processes.

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, ICT or similar fields.
• You have 1–3 years of experience in PMO, Operations, Consulting or Digital Transformation roles.
• You have a basic knowledge of Project Management principles.
• You have familiarity with digital PMO tools (or strong motivation to learn them quickly).
• You are interested in or you have early experience in AI solutions supporting PMO and Operations (e.g. reporting automation, decision-support tools, basic AI agents/copilots for project or process support).
• You have a structured, analytical and results oriented approach.
• You are able to work in multinational and cross functional environments.
• You have excellent proficiency in Italian and English.
• You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Mural/Miro) and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
