AAE INTERFLOW SP.ZO.O. primarily engages in the trade of small household appliances (men’s electric shavers), heating heat pumps, and professional engineering services. The company is headquartered in Łódź, Poland, with a warehouse located in the Bałuty suburb of Łódź. The company plans to expand into the markets of Sweden, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain. We are currently seeking self-employed independent commercial agents and local distributors to collaborate with us. The position is based in the agent’s local region and involves sales and market development for men’s electric shavers. The work time is scheduled for late November or December 2026.

Cooperation Model A:

Requirements:

1. Independent sales agents from the metropolitan areas of Stockholm,Gothenburg, and Kalmar in Sweden; from the metropolitan areas of  Vienna and Graz in Austria; and from the metropolitan areas of Milan, Turin, and Rome in Italy; In France, primarily in the metropolitan areas of Paris, Marseille, and Lyon; in Spain, primarily in the metropolitan areas of Barcelona and Madrid; and in Poland, primarily in the metropolitan areas of Warsaw, Wrocław, and Kraków.
2. Between the ages of 27 and 50, with at least 7 years of relevant sales experience in the industry.
3. Hardworking and sociable.

Responsibilities:

1. No fixed working hours; schedule is flexible.
2. Visit client brick-and-mortar stores in the local area, such as barbershops, pharmacies, or dental clinics; grocery stores in community roadside service areas; small shops near stations, docks, and tourist attractions; flea markets and secondhand markets; small hotels; small appliance stores; independent gas stations; and grocery stores adjacent to large supermarkets. The company provides 300 free product samples every six months for display to customers. In the first year, sales representatives must secure contracts with at least 120 clients and sell 12,000 electric shavers. In the second year, they must secure contracts with another 120 clients and sell a total of 25,000 electric shavers that year. (These performance targets may be adjusted by both parties based on actual circumstances.)
3. After two years, establish contacts with major local supermarket chains such as Auchan, Carrefour, ALDI, and LIDL. Successfully supply these supermarkets with electric shavers and other small appliances.
4. If you currently hold product agency agreements, we expect you to represent no more than two product lines at this time, as representing more would significantly impact the time and effort required for our collaboration.We seek to establish a long‑term business relationship built to last for decades.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Sign a commercial partnership contract as an independent sales agent. If performance is satisfactory, you will be offered long-term employment for many years—for example, ten years or more.
2. Base allowance + commission. Total earnings for the first year (including the base allowance) will be 14.5% of that year’s sales (net sales price). Once cumulative sales reach 25,000 units, the annual commission rate will be 12% of that year’s sales. When annual sales stabilize at 50,000 units or more, the annual commission rate will be 10% of that year’s sales, and this commission rate will remain fixed permanently thereafter. The total earnings mentioned above include all taxes, which the recipient is responsible for paying. (VAT invoices issued by the Italian tax authority must be provided to our company.) (This commission rate may be negotiated and adjusted by both parties based on actual circumstances; the commission rate may be higher in Sweden and slightly lower in Poland.)
3. If performance is satisfactory, the individual may serve as the part-time Sales Director for the country, managing and evaluating eight local sales staff.
4. Upon further satisfactory performance, the company will offer equity incentives and other material rewards, such as becoming a major shareholder and partner in the company.

Note: If sales personnel or agents/distributors have the resources to sell goods to countries outside the target country (e.g., the UK, Germany), the terms and benefits for the sales personnel will be determined through mutual agreement.

Cooperation Model B:

If you have been unemployed for a long time or have ample free time—including college students—you may participate in this part-time arrangement. Requirements are significantly relaxed: no work experience required, no age restrictions, no performance metrics, and no salary subsidies. We do not provide bulk samples, but the commission paid to you may be moderately increased.
