As a Legal & Compliance Operation Expert in the GCAP Legal UO, you enable high‑stakes bids and contracts by evaluating risks and guiding compliance. You will support global procurement and sales agreements, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and manage disputes with external providers. Your work enhances governance and aligns legal outcomes with JV objectives. • Support bid review, drafting, negotiation and risk assessment to protect the company’s interests
• Assist drafting, reviewing, interpreting and executing national and international sales contracts
• Develop procurement contracts that ensure compliance and manage risk with customers and partners
• Coordinate internal CLCO domain outputs and interface with other departments for consistency
• Support disputes, investigations and litigation, including management of external legal providers
• Contribute to continuous improvement through training and tooling
• Share best practices across legal teams within subsidiaries and group
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain high‑quality relationships and governance

Responsabilità

• University degree in law or related field;
  equivalent education
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in high‑value, complex contracting in an international environment
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Solid governance understanding and regulatory knowledge
• Experience in stakeholder management, including JV partners and senior stakeholders
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues with meticulous attention to detail
