Junior Digital DFT Engineer - IC Design & Test

pNXP Semiconductors NV is expanding teams in Italy to develop high-impact MCUs as part of the Intelligent Edge and AI strategy. The Digital DFT Engineer will work with senior engineers to explore DFT techniques, architectures, and methodologies improving testability and manufacturing efficiency. /ppThe role requires a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field, strong English communication, and proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
