As the business continues to grow its project pipeline, they're looking to strengthen their Engineering team with an Electrical Engineer who can support projects across development, detailed design and construction. /ppbr/ppThis is a hands-on technical role with a particular focus on PV plant design and grid interconnectivity, working closely with Development, Procurement, external engineering consultants and wider project teams. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing /b /pulliCarry out preliminary and detailed design of bsolar PV plants /b, including plant layouts and electrical sizing. /liliDesign and evaluate bMV and HV grid connection solutions /b. /liliAssess grid connection configurations for both self-consumption and grid feed-in projects. /liliSupport early-stage project development through byield assessments, grid connection analysis and preliminary engineering /b. /liliPrepare electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation. /liliReview technical and design documentation produced by external engineering consultants. /liliSupport Procurement with the technical evaluation and selection of modules, inverters, trackers and other key components. /liliSupport renewable energy projects throughout the wider development and construction process. /liliDepending on experience, contribute to the engineering of bBESS and wind projects /b alongside the core solar portfolio. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we're looking for /b /pulliAt least b3 years' experience /b in electrical engineering within renewable energy, ideally with 3–5 years of relevant project experience. /liliStrong hands-on experience in bsolar PV plant design /b. /liliExperience using specialist PV design software such as bPVcase, PVsyst and/or PV*SOL /b. /liliStrong experience with bgrid interconnectivity and grid connection design /b, ideally across MV and/or HV connections. /liliProficiency in bAutoCAD /b and electrical design/CAD tools. /liliAbility to produce technical reports, electrical schematics and engineering drawings. /liliKnowledge of relevant bCEI, IEC and UNI technical standards /b. /liliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a relevant technical qualification. /liliStrong English communication skills. /liliExperience with bBESS and/or wind projects /b would be advantageous. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat's on offer /b /pulliJoin a growing renewable energy business with an active project pipeline across Italy. /liliWork across projects from early-stage development and feasibility through detailed engineering and construction. /liliExposure to solar PV, grid connection and potentially BESS and wind projects. /liliOpportunity to work closely with multiple teams across Development, Engineering and Procurement. /li /ulpbr/ppbLocation: /b Rome, Italy /ppbr/ppIf you're an Electrical Engineer with strong bPV design and grid connection experience /b looking for your next opportunity in the Italian renewable energy market, we'd love to hear from you. /p
