In this role you lead the global media strategy and the brand’s digital insights framework to drive marketing effectiveness across markets. You will partner with global and regional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-impact media plans and measurement standards. You translate performance data into actionable recommendations that optimize investment, audiences, and creatives. This position offers a strategic opportunity to shape how a top luxury brand leverages media and data across channels.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define and lead the global media strategy aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
- Oversee integrated media plans across digital, search, print and OOH
- Translate global campaign guidelines into regional/local strategies with market customization
- Act as senior partner to global/local media agencies ensuring strategic alignment and performance
- Architect a systematic approach to insights and ensure local nuances are included in the global narrative
- Define and own the global digital measurement framework including KPIs by funnel stage
- Oversee global dashboards and reporting cadence for senior stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end performance evaluation of major brand moments (e.g., fashion shows) across channels
- Drive optimization of media mix, investments, audiences and creatives based on data
- Lead advanced measurement initiatives (brand lift, conversion lift, MMMs, A/B testing) and ensure proper tracking across platforms and markets
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, CRM, eCommerce, Retail, Image and Production teams for integrated media
- Coordinate with Regional Offices, Kering media teams and external partners on best practices and governance
- Stay ahead of media trends and identify new opportunities, partners, and test & learn initiatives
- Own and oversee the global media budget with ROI focus and cross-market reconciliation
- Ensure financial governance and forecasting in collaboration with finance and regional teams
- 12+ years in senior media/marketing leadership
- Experience within a Luxury Group structure is highly preferred
- Proven track record in agency transformation, including pitching, contract negotiation and performance optimization at a global scale
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at Brand and Group/Holding level
- Proven ability to structure and manage complex reporting bridging local demand with global performance metrics
- Deep understanding of AdTech/MarTech, privacy regulations and multi-channel evaluation (Social, Digital, Print)
