Process Quality Engineer - Farm Out

Responsibilities
- Ensuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes.
- Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points.
- Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
- Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
- Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub‑unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing and expertise in production quality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across multiple projects.
