Joining us meansjoininga truly global community ofmore thanb 84 000 /bpeople dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /p h3Job Title:Train Operation Support Engineer /h3 h3Purpose of the Job: /h3 pProvide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service /p pCoordinate with Alstom control room to monitor train systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies /p pCoordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage train availability and service recovery /p pProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures /p pTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions /p pPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendations /p pAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes /p pCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work /p pParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous imp rovement initiatives /p pConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock /p ulliReview fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems.
