Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it's a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. /p pWe are looking for a highly experienced bSenior Network Security Technical Lead /b to join our team and support one of our largest global customers in the Luxury industry. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, international, and highly innovative environment, supporting the deployment, and evolution of mission-critical network and security infrastructures across multiple countries. /p pThe successful candidate will combine expert-level technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities, acting as the technical lead for the Global Network Operations team while collaborating closely with Architects, Internal customer stakeholders, NOC department and the PMO to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. /p pThe role requires a hands-on professional capable of leading complex deployment projects on Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, driving technical excellence, coordinating engineering activities, and contributing to the continuous evolution of a global enterprise infrastructure. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the Technical Lead for the engineering team; /li liCoordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability; /li liCollaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution; /li liMonitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions; /li liAct as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues; /li liLead technical governance meetings; /li liLead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects; /li liPerform expert-level troubleshooting in complex multi-vendor enterprise environments; /li liLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents; /li liEnsure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes. /li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network and Security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role; /li liProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects; /li liStrong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF); /li liAdvanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN); /li liStrong customer-facing and communication skills; /li liExperience working in international enterprise environments; /li liRelevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required. /li /ul pHiring location: Milan (with a flexible hybrid working policy) /p h3Workplace type /h3 pHybrid Working /p h3About NTT DATA /h3 pNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
