• Identify issues, form hypotheses, and design and conduct analyses to derive actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies across European client engagements to support business objectives.
• Contribute to analysis, design, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and management approaches with tailor-made solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure sustainable results and practical impact.
• Engage in structured training, coaching, and mentorship as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree and exceptional academics
• Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
• Proven leadership in work settings or extracurricular activities
• Mobility for European assignments during the work week
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local office language
