The aim is to offer a more efficient training program to both internal resources of the Association (co-workers, volunteers) and sector operators (e.g. paediatricians, teachers, sports stakeholders, social workers, parents etc.) on issues concerning childhood and adolescence.Foundation Telefono Azzurro wishes to get in touch with professionals with specific and proven experience in the planning, management and reporting of training programmes and the related research of both national and European and internazional public and private funding.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLESharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have to identify areas of development and define and implement training activities. Through these, he/she will promote strategies aimed to prevent, help and operate to contrast abuse and violence against children and adolescents. He/she will have to find possible calls and sources of funding.Once identified potential calls, he/she will deal with the technical elaboration of a project: formal drafting, planning, and collaboration with the administrative sector for the reporting and bureaucratic aspects. He/she will be the point of contact with the supplier entity and partners, coordinates with the Presidency until the presentation and development of the project and its final approval for the final presentation to the supplier entity.He/she will then program the action plan, proceed with the identification of the necessary resources, plan and develop the necessary training to teachers individually based on the single projects.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCan analyse and diversify training tools and projects, capturing innovation and needs of the territory and analysing new trends, addressing all possible public and private stakeholders, in relation to the planning and delivery of training relevant to the world of childhood and adolescenceResearch of calls and opportunities to obtain national or European public and private funds, in collaboration with the Project’s department of the AssociationIncreases and improves the relationships with both the public and private sector, also initiating memorandums of understanding with the subjects operating in the territory to put into action and make more effective the training and prevention activities related to childhood and adolescence issuesResponds adequately to the training needs of the Association (co-workers, volunteers) and stakeholders (e.g. paediatricians, teachers, sports world, social workers, parents);Designs training programmesMonitors the development of training activitiesManages and reports funded coursesAchieves the goals setKnowledge of the institutions, EU policies and programsCreativity and reliabilityAbility to work under pressureOrganisational and coordination skills of internal and external resources;Teamwork skillsResults orientedInterpersonal skills both within the Association - ability to communicate and share goals - and outwards - ability to create value partnershipsValue-drivenAbility to find informationDesign of training programs and reporting technical skillsKnowledge of accounting and reporting toolsKnowledge of the main application softwareExcellent knowledge of English - B2 / C2EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SOFT SKILLS SPECIFICATIONSProven experience in similar roles with experience in managing complex national and international projects, preferentially in non-profit structures, associations or foundationsExperience in the drafting of training projects in public and private sectorsMethodological approach, organisation and planning disposition, combined with a strong pragmatismAbility to manage and conduct complex meetings within articulated working groupsDetermination to achieve project’s objectives / resultsCommunication and presentation skillsReliability, integrity, fairness, confidentialityManagement/mediation skills of potential conflictsAvailability to travel within the national territory and abroadExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to relate with different stakeholderDynamism and ability to work independently and in teamExcellent organizational skills and ability to work with very tight deadlinesProblem solving abilities and managerial autonomySharing of Il Telefono Azzurro’s Foundation mission and valuesPlease send CV and motivational letter in English.The job description is addressed to both genders according to Law 903/77 and Law 125/91. #J-18808-Ljbffr
