Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to manage our brand’s social media channels, official website, and lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and exhibition planning across Italy and Europe. The core goal is to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales growth for our construction machinery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube – content creation, posting, engagement, growth.
• Maintain and update official website: products, news, events, basic SEO.
• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Organize exhibitions: booth planning, logistics, on-site execution, follow-up.
• Create marketing materials: brochures, videos, posts, case studies.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales team to drive leads and sales.

Requirements

• 3 years marketing experience, preferably in construction machinery/heavy equipment .
• Proven experience in social media & website management .
• Experience in campaign planning and exhibitions .
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, etc.).
• Creative, proactive, results-oriented.
