ph3How you'll make an impact /h3 pAs a Product Manager II, you will independently own the discovery and delivery of meaningful improvements within a defined product area. You will take responsibility for understanding customer problems, shaping clear hypotheses, and guiding your squad toward solutions that deliver measurable value. /p pYou will define problems with evidence, make informed trade-offs, and ensure outcomes are clearly measured after release. Your impact will come from strong ownership, sound judgement, and your ability to turn insight into action while collaborating effectively with Design and Engineering. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liOwn discovery for your product area, running customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis with increasing independence. /li liDefine clear problem statements, assumptions, and hypotheses that guide solution exploration. /li liShape feature-level goals and success metrics, ensuring outcomes are measurable and reviewed after launch. /li liWrite clear, structured product briefs and requirements that enable effective design and engineering delivery. /li liPartner closely with Design and Engineering to make trade-offs between user value, feasibility, speed, and quality. /li liMaintain a healthy opportunity backlog, assessing options using simple prioritisation and scoring frameworks. /li liPlan and support delivery of features, ensuring acceptance criteria reflect outcomes rather than outputs. /li liReview post-launch performance, interpret results, and recommend next steps based on evidence. /li liCommunicate decisions, progress, and rationale clearly to stakeholders, raising risks early and constructively. /li liContribute to team learning by sharing insights, feedback, and lessons openly. /li /ul h3What you'll bring with you /h3 ul liSolid experience working as a Product Manager, with ownership of features from discovery through delivery. /li liConfidence framing customer problems using both qualitative and quantitative evidence. /li liAbility to define and track meaningful product metrics, not just activity or output measures. /li liExperience collaborating within Product, Design, and Engineering trios to deliver customer value. /li liPractical understanding of technical constraints and how they influence scope and trade-offs. /li liClear written and verbal communication skills, suited to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liA proactive mindset, comfortable making decisions and escalating thoughtfully when needed. /li liOpenness to feedback and continuous improvement, with growing confidence in your product judgement. /li liA strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. /li /ul h3Diversity at Henry Schein One /h3 pDiversity at Henry Schein One is all about you being you.
