The Opportunity

Support the operations at our Italian Hub in Turin, playing a key role in sales and after‑sales processes. The position will focus on design office responsibilities and after‑sales service (SAV).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
• Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
• Perform after‑sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.
• Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy.
• Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energies, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in learning how to dimension projects – photometric studies.
• Experience using ERP SAGE software for stock management.
• Background in warehouse management and skill in operating a lift platform.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.
