Success will be measured by your ability to work directly with clients to develop business opportunities and deliver projects at high levels of client satisfaction. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liAct as principal owner of all client engagements, from initial conversations to understand client needs, followed by the development of the right solutions to address these needs and overseeing project delivery /li liCreate and elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow‑on work as well as new opportunities with existing and new client organisations /li liPresent educational and go‑to‑market materials about the offerings internally and externally /li liIdentify opportunities for selling our integrated solutions (projects including multiple offerings e.g. PMA strategy, full HEOR/HTA support to prepare for PR submissions, PRO instrument advice, RWE strategy) /li liEngage closely with project teams in the design, development, and delivery of projects ensuring the full complement of IQVIA capabilities and solutions are utilised to address complex client issues /li liEstablish a culture of excellence and ensure delivery of accurate and high‑quality work which meets or exceeds client expectations /li liFoster an environment of collaboration and inclusivity among project teams /li liRemain current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues with assigned clients /li liLead thought leadership and firm building initiatives that contribute to raising IQVIA's industry profile, e.g., through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications /li liMentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world‑class solutions for clients /li liLead ad hoc work streams on critical people‑related issues such as recruitment, training and development /li liServe as a development lead to 3‑4 staff /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications, Skills, And Experience /h3 ul liMaster's Degree /li liAt least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR /li liExperience with AI/ML is a plus /li liProven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions targeted at HE/HTA stakeholders /li liA track record of driving HQ/global deals, aligned with suitable offerings development experience /li liAn established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and payers /li liA high degree of understanding of the processes underpinning payer evaluation and the factors and drivers impacting product development /li liDeep commercial awareness of the healthcare, health technology, and pharmaceutical industries, gained through experience /li liDemonstrated experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development /li liAbility to express ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to target audiences with the gravitas to build relationships and sell services /li liMaintains a constant focus on industry, client, and competitive trends in the life sciences industry, applying this knowledge to both active client engagements and business/client development activities /li liApplies an analytical approach to solving problems and reaching logical conclusions, gathering information from various sources and quickly understanding it; works effectively with complicated, conflicting, or ambiguous information, identifying underlying patterns and causes /li liAbility to speak clearly and fluently, demonstrating a logical, structured approach, adapting to the needs of the situation and audience, ensuring strong two‑way communication /li liAbility to write clearly and succinctly, adapting style and content to meet the demands of the situation and audience.
