ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Head of Sales with a strong revenue generation track record in oral dosage solid form and Nutraceutical businesses, who can develop and manage our customer base in Italy, France and Iberia.
Your location will either be in Italy or in one of the Southern Europe countries (France or Spain). Availability to travel internationally is required.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Strategy and business growth: successfully grow the business with existing and new customers in the region driving new projects across the main product lines of Ourvita, opening new markets in France and Iberia and improving the current Italian customer base
- Stakeholders & Partners management: work with colleagues across relevant functions and with external vendors to ensure our offering meets the needs of our customers, striving to meet our profitability goals
- Project Management: coordinate with and lead the technical Project Managers to help successful execution of projects
- People Management: strengthen, develop and coach the Sales team for Southern Europe
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Strong revenue generation track record in oral dosage solid form and Nutraceutical businesses.
- Excellent price setting and negotiation skills, able to maximize value for both Ourvita and the customer.
- Category knowledge in oral dosage solid form and Nutraceutical businesses.
- Strong account management experience, able to develop and grow customer accounts with a partnership approach.
- Result driven, KPI and ROI minded, with a high bar for quality and continuous improvement.
- Willing to travel to develop customer relationships across the territory.
- Willing and able to lead a team with diverse background and capabilities to success.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Master’s degree or above in Pharmaceuticals or Economics, or other related subject with clear evidence of continued professional development in support of their expertise.
- Excellent business acumen, supported with market knowledge and consumer trends.
- Ability to forge, develop and enhance relationships at all levels, internally and externally alike.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level, but comfortably adjust to operational detail to ensure objectives are delivered
