PiazzaDiSpagna9 is considered one of the most iconic boutique hotel experiences in Rome.
Our goal is not simply to host guests, but to create unforgettable experiences through attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and a level of service that goes far beyond expectations.
We work with international high-end clientele, and we believe hospitality is an art, not a routine.

What You Will Do
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and operations
- Handle guest requests and problem solving
- Sell experiences, upgrades and services
- Deliver a luxury-level guest experience
- Be part of the heart of our hospitality operation
This role requires energy, speed, attention to detail and real ownership.
What We Are Looking For
- English C1 or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality with international guests
- Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact confidently with high-end clientele
- Strong communication and sales attitude
- Currently living in Rome or ready to relocate immediately
- Sales mindset and confidence speaking with guests
- Positive energy and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fast problem-solving mentality
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Desire to grow professionally and personally
- Long-term mindset
- Additional languages are a big plus.
