Process Engineer

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients. /p h3Your missions: /h3 ul liExecute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of medium to high complexity automated equipment at suppliers’ sites in Italy /li liExecute SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of the aforementioned equipment /li liExecute process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and draft related documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the equipment /li liIdentify process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency /li liDraft operational instructions /li liApply statistical methods (preferably with MINITAB) such as DOE, process capability analysis (cpk, ppk), Gage RR, and t-tests /li liCollaborate within cross-functional teams /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liExperience in process engineering or similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments (nice to have: experience in pharmaceutical/biomedical field). /li liExperience with FAT, SAT, and process validation activities /li liExperience with statistical tools, preferably MINITAB /li liKnowledge of plastic transformation technologies (e.g., single and two-component resin bonding, ultrasonic welding, hydraulic leak testing, vision/measurement systems) /li liAcademic background: engineering or technical degree /li liItalian fluent or native.
