Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is responsible for creating qualified pipeline within companies that match the company Ideal Customer Profile.

The role develops engagement across complex accounts, identifies relevant business initiatives, connects with senior and operational stakeholders and creates opportunities that Sales accepts and progresses.

Main responsibilities:

1. Research and prioritise target accounts.
2. Identify relevant stakeholders.
3. Execute telephone, email, LinkedIn and campaign outreach.
4. Communicate relevant business value.
5. Conduct initial qualification.
6. Create qualified meetings.
7. Generate accepted pipeline.
8. Develop engagement across multiple stakeholders.
9. Support Account Executives with account penetration.
10. Maintain accurate customer relationship management data.
11. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing.
12. Participate in coaching and professional development.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales Development
• Fluent in French & English
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders.
• Experience using customer relationship management and prospecting systems.
• Ability to work against measurable commercial targets.
• Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
